Inferenz today announced a major expansion of the Caregence™ HIPAA compliant healthcare native agentic AI platform. Care teams can now build a custom AI agent in minutes, connect it to FHIR-aligned EHRs, add predictive machine learning models to any workflow and start from ready-made workflow templates.
Caregence installs in the customer’s own cloud, stores no patient records and traces every agent and workflow run. The release follows the December 2025 merger and the October 7 unveiling of the full platform.
